...Stir-Fried Seitan and Bok-Choy. No paninis again today, so I'm definitely going elsewhere for lunch tomorrow...Dinner was a jar of TJ's Curry Simmer Sauce, a package of Spinach, some leftover Brown Rice from PF Changs & a can of Garbanzos....
Served with a half of a Tofurkey Italian Sausage.
Dessert was a slice of this pie...
