I Eat Delicious Stuff

Breakfast was a Banana with TJ's Valencia Peanut Butter...
Lunch was a SUPERB Vegan Seitan Panini from Whole Foods. Besides the beef style Seitan, there was Baby Spinach, Caramelized Onions, Roasted Red Peppers and some sort of Vegan Cheese. Only $6.49! It was HUGE and DELICIOUS!
Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz 57 and a Baked Potato w/Toffuti Better than Sour Cream.
Plus more of that old Yellow Tail Merlot.

Thanks! But watch out for that mushroom gravy in a can. I bought some and it wasn't so great. Can't you get Road End Organic Gravy in packets where you are?

Thanks, Ladies!

Abby, they have a bunch of sandwiches pre-made in their to-go case and you can have them pressed in the panini maker if you so desire. Gotta let them know there's a market for vegan sandwiches.
