A Four Star Food Day

Everything I ate today was so freakin' delicious. Starting off with this Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal......with Rice Milk. It was so fantastic, I put it in my private stash area so Mr. SV can't have any!
Then I copied Nora's sandwich for lunch, and I'm so glad I did! Mr. SV & I made it out to the grocery store this morning to stock up for the next storm and I picked up some Sabra Hummus and Ezekiel English Muffins. Wow! Copying other bloggers could be a successful strategy!
Dinner was my comfort food favorite: Skinny Bitch Beef Stew
As well as some Frontera Merlot. If I'm not here tomorrow, it means we lost power. I'll be back when if/it returns.

Yay! I'm glad it lived up to expectations! Your tomatoes look 3276427345x better than my dining hall ones though! :)

Yummy, yummy, yummy. Hummus and tomatoes - can't miss with that combo.

Hummus and anything works for me. That does sound a great sandwich. I may need to make some hummus tomorrow just to try it out.

How much snow do you have so far? We do seem to be getting clobbered again. Come on spring hurry up and get here!

The Skinny Bitch beef stew always looks amazing.

I hope your power doesn't go out; I'll keep fingers crossed for you.

Thanks, Ladies! I was surprised that the Sabra Hummus wasn't too bad.

We got about five inches last night and the winds are starting to pick up.

Almost time for breakfast;-)

Ooh, I hope you don't lose power! I've been wanting to try that Autumn Wheat cereal. So often, Kashi products contain honey, and I saw that box at the grocery store and was super happy when I noticed it was vegan. But then I didn't buy it. Now I wish I had.
