Breakfast was a Banana with TJ's Valencia Peanut Butter...
Lunch was a SUPERB Vegan Seitan Panini from Whole Foods. Besides the beef style Seitan, there was Baby Spinach, Caramelized Onions, Roasted Red Peppers and some sort of Vegan Cheese. Only $6.49! It was HUGE and DELICIOUS!Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz 57 and a Baked Potato w/Toffuti Better than Sour Cream.
Plus more of that old Yellow Tail Merlot.

That panini from WF looks great.. did you special order it or was it already made at the food bar???!?
Thanks, Ladies!
Abby, they have a bunch of sandwiches pre-made in their to-go case and you can have them pressed in the panini maker if you so desire. Gotta let them know there's a market for vegan sandwiches.
