Wednesday

...and even though the soup was more than enough, I also had a Smart Deli/Lightlife Bologna Sandwich on WF's Pretzel Baguette with Veganaisse.
Dinner was Morningstar Vegan Grillers with Toffuti Singles and Oven Fries.
As well as liberal quantities of Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon.

The soups and stews you make always look so hearty and delicious. The rest of the day looks good too, that pretzel baguette got my mouth watering.

Oh, I love mushroom barley soup!!! I get it sometimes when I'm in Nashville at this little diner called Noshville. But I should try makin' my own. And the pretzel sammich looks delightful.

And I will post tonight about how the cleanse is making me feel. I haven't really addressed that yet ... honestly, I don't feel much different. Except I don't have hangovers on Sunday mornings...which is nice. But Saturday nights without alcohol are kinda lame.
