Lunch today was the "Penne Mediterranean" -- Mushrooms, Spinach, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions, Pine Nuts and Olive Oil at Brio.
Dinner was Vegan Steak with A1 Sauce and a few small Baked Potatoes. Vino = Blue Fin 2007 Petit Syrah ($3.99 at TJ's)I hope to make some different stuff this weekend.
