Lunch was off the Whole Food's Hot Health Bar -- Stir-Fried Seitan and Bok Choy...
Dinner was Vegan Steak (the frozen kind from Taiwan) and a Baked Potato w/Sour Supreme.As always, lots of Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon (and TJ's PB & Ghiradelli's Choc Chips)

Those chips sound divine!
I wish I lived closer to Whole Foods so I could take better advantage of their hot bar. It's 25 minutes from work and 20 minutes from home, so not feasible for a quick weekday lunch. Boo!
