Lunch was the Yuppie Veggie Sandwich from Zpizza. Unfortunately, they left off the Cucumber and Avocado, but the bread was so good, I didn't mind too much. Also, some Veggie Chili from Harris Teeter.
Dinner was Tofu Scramble with Sliced Tofurkey Sausage and Oven Fries.TJ's Valencia Peanut Butter and Ghiradelli Chips for dessert...

I agree - that does look like a pretty good food day. I love to secretly eat PB with choc. chips. I say secret b/c if my kids hear the distinct sound of the choc. chip bag opening, then I have to share. And sometimes, you just don't wanna share!
those kids aren't scrubbing the floors hard enough if they can still hear the sound of a bag of choc chips opening.
Mmmm...bread. I can't wait until I can have it again! And that spoonful of PB and chips is my kinda dessert!
