Lunch was from Whole Foods -- a cup of Black Bean Adobo Chili and a Salad with Goddess Dressing.
Dinner was leftover Tetrazzini.
Dessert was half a WF's Vegan Oat Scone.
And, of course, lots of Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon.

Monday looks pretty darn good (in spite of being Monday).

It all looks great, the tetrazzini recipe seems like such lovely comfort food.
