Lunch was a Light Life Turkey Sandwich with Tomatoes on Whole Wheat. It was pretty beige in taste as well as appearance. Should've put some Red Onion on it, but I was too lazy.But not too lazy to make a very interesting recipe from Oprah's website -- Tangy Lentil and Chickpea Soup. There was a rogue Fava Bean in one of my cans of Chickpeas. Very exciting. He went into the soup too.
This is one of the best soups I've had in years. I wonder what other Oprah goodness I've been missing out on all these years?
Then I had some Ry*Krisp Crackers and Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll try one of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups I made yesterday.
