Lunch was Kung Pao Seitan and Mixed Vegetables from Whole Foods...
Dinner was at the Alamo Cinema and Drafthouse where we started with a pitcher of Amstel Light....
I had the Garden Burger and Fries...
I had the Garden Burger and Fries...The picture was 'Napoleon Dynamite' (we're big fans of this film) and during the dance sequence, some people from the audience got up to dance along...
Then one of the movie's stars, Efren Ramirez, came out for a Q&A afterwards.
This was an unusual evening for us.

Sounds like a cool night...I love Napoleon Dynamite; it's one of my favs.
I will never tire of Napolean Dynamite! And I will never tire of Amstel Light!
