Wet Wednesday

Lunch today was Morningstar Vegan Grillers with Tofutti Singles and Oven Fries.
Dinner was was Celebration Field Roast with Stove Top Stuffing and WF's Wild Mushroom Gravy.

I will finish those Thanksgiving leftovers any day now...

Going raw can be tough, especially at first. I am very low on fresh produce at the moment, so I have to be extra creative. Right now I am still trying to use up all of my non-raw stuff for dinners. I thought going raw would be extremely difficult, but I have found that fresh foods taste so crisp and clean! The only thing I miss sometimes is cereal, but I can easily fix that with some soaked oat groats and toppings. Being raw is really improving my digestion. That was one of the main reasons I chose to eat a high raw diet.

I can't believe you're STILL have Field Roast left! I kinda wish I did...but mine's all gone. I ate the whole thing (by myself) in 4 days. Yep, I'm a piggie.
