Easy Meals
Today was our office holiday party. There was an AYCE buffet and I loaded up on Hummus, Salad and Pumpernickel Rolls.
Dinner was Mr. SV's Spaghetti with TJ's Meatballs.

I need to try TJ's veggie meatballs. They look great!
Hubby's pasta looks good as always.
My husband came home last week after an office holiday gathering and there was nothing he could eat. He was shocked that everything had meat, cheese or dairy. No fruit tray, no veggie tray, nothing. We were both a little amazed that others eat that way.

How horrible for our hubby. I work with a lot of people from India, so that works out well for me in terms their providing fruits & veggies for parties. The catering for other parties usually is from Red, Hot & Blue and stuff like that. So gross.
