Friday Food

Lunch today was "Broccoli Sun-Dried Tomato Fusilli" - Fusilli with Fresh Baby Broccoli, Garlic, Sun-Dried and Fresh Tomatoes, Fresh Thyme and NO CHEESE (as specified) from California Pizza Kitchen.Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz 57 and a side of Roasted Butternut Squash.

A great food day. I hope tomorrow is as good.

That pasta sounds quite good. Does Cali Pizza Kitchen carry whole wheat pasta? I haven't been there in years so I was wondering if they changed.

BTW, the Roots in Olney is having a wine tasting tomorrow. You might want to check the website. I am on their mailing list and just saw it but deleted it before I got the details since it is too far away for me to consider.

CPK just started carrying whole wheat pasta. It's a good restaurant.f It you live near one, I heartily recommend the Split Pea Soup, the Hummus and the Pasta dishes. I've never been a fan of their pizza even before I became vegan.

Thanks for the info on Roots, but we're staying in today. The snow is coming down heavy here.

Thanks for the info on CPK. I think there is one at the Inner Harbor so I will let the hubby know they have whole wheat pasta. His office is at the harbor.

I never believe it is going to snow here until it actually starts. And yes, it snowing heavy here as well.

Haha, you didn't get to see the floor! It is kinda dirty and the windowsills need scrubbed. Not to mention, I have a gnarly gnat infestation which is being supplemented by a glass jars filled with vinegar and a sticky fly strip. Ha, fun fun. =P
