Chili, Salad and Chickpea Cutlets
On Tuesdays and Fridays, Harris Teeter has Veggie Chili on their soup bar. Today I got a pint along with a Salad. Pretty decent Chili, sort of like thick Tomato Soup with a bunch of random beans and veggies tossed in. Mildly spicy.
Dinner was Chickpea Cutlets with a Baked Sweet Potato and Curry Sauce.
All washed down with Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon
