I am ...Going raw can be tough, especially at first. I am very low on fresh produce at the moment, so I have to be extra creative. Right now I am still trying to use up all of my non-raw stuff for dinners. I thought going raw would be extremely difficult, but I have found that fresh foods taste so crisp and clean! The only thing I miss sometimes is cereal, but I can easily fix that with some soaked oat groats and toppings. Being raw is really improving my digestion.
