Dinner was Skinny Bitch Beef Stew.
Last Sunday I stockpiled Seitan. Today I stockpiled Vegan Suet. 
Mix approximately 50/50 of the Corn Meal & Peanut Butter till you get a Play-Doh consistency. Use your hands to mold the dough into patties.
I was late putting this out this year.
Give it a day or two to catch on and you'll attract lots of beautiful birds to your yard.

I have a couple of these bird seed cages that I never use because of the problem of finding vegan blocks to put in...thanks for the idea...the birds can use it these days...it's getting pretty chilly out there.

i don't even know what suet is, but i'm surprised that cornmeal and peanut butter would make it! haha
Oh my gosh, I know! Cheesecake Factory doesn't have a great selection of vegan fair. But, thankfully they let you tweak menu items to your satisfaction. My family loves to eat there. Me? Meh, not so much. However, my version of the lettuce wraps were pretty stellar. ;)
