Due to heavy alcohol consumption and a lack
of exercise, I can only 'afford' to eat Nachos
once a year.
Soy Chorizo.
After sauteeing the Soy Chorizo, I bake the Chips
with the Refried Beans and a little Salsa.
I plate the baked Chips on some chopped Lettuce
and top with more Salsa and a diced Avocado.
A litte Sour Supreme is good here too. Everyone
has their own way of making Nachos, this is mine.
