Sunday, April 27th

Eating all my meals from Le Pain Quotidien is considered a cleanse for me....
Two dressings came with my Lentil Avocado Salad. I know not why but used both....
I fear that the Matcha Muffin might have gone the way of TJ's Meatless Meatballs. A Carrot Muffin appears to be in its place. Not a suitable substitute IMO...
Bye for now...

The carrot muffin looks good to me! Totally legit. I would way rather eat that than meatless meatballs.
The lentil salad is pretty interesting, two different dressing aside. White onions rather than red, whole flax seeds... and chickpeas along with the lentils. Hmmm.
I think the flax and lentil fiber will definitely help flush the last of that mayo right outta you.

What deliciousness! I'm pro salad dressings so the extra sounds like a great bonus :) i made some lentils last week and they really are perfect in salads.
And i still believe the meatless balls will be back!! They have to.... Maybe they just sold out of the matcha? That carrot muffin looks awesome if you ask me.

I citibiked everywhere sat, it was gorgeous weather here! Not today since i went to a spin class and didn't really leave my hood. No mason lately :/. I'm tempted to leave a note with his doorman asking for a playdate....

I think Sunday's meals definitely make up for Saturday! An LPQ cleanse should be made readily available to everyone regularly.

Yes the muffin is a bit strange… but the salad looks good!

I got a title for the soup: Haute Vegan Cuisine: Asparagus and onion weed soup with edible flowers

hehehehe, pretty fancy eh!!!

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I want to have my Matcha Muffins and eat my Meatless Meatballs too. It's a great LPQ Salad -- no Beets, Sweet Potatoes or Tahini, but I think you would like it. Alas, I still feel polluted by the mayo.

Unknown, you are such an optimist. Must be all the aerobicizing. I wonder how much fan mail gets left for Mason. He is probably so over it.

Ingrid, I do feel bad for you folks that don't yet have local access to LPQ. Next time you visit Grandma, you'll be able to partake.

Alessandra, now if only we had Onion Weed on this half of the planet...

A LPQ cleanse is my idea of a cleanse! Everything looks amazing as always. I don't like this stuff about the matcha muffin though, I still wanted to try that! Does this mean I'm going to have to make it. I feel like it won't happen.
