I refuse to belabor the obvious again today...
blah blah...yes it was really great Split Pea Soup...
Yes, I still have TJ's Meatless Meatballs in the freezer, and, no, it doesn't appear they are being sold down here any longer..
A return to childhood for dessert..
Speaking of which, lunch with Mom tomorrow.

That's annoying about the TJs meatless meatballs. I wonder why they aren't selling them anymore. I've seen some in WFs, have you tried those at all? PB and chocolate chips are definitely a throwback treat! Tasty spoonful right there.
Noooooo! If they aren't going to be sold near you, they will never come to the TJ's by me!
I've had a lot of guesses streaming through my mind, but lunch tomorrow will involve sandwiches...
P.S. The colleague who was going to look into the Australia trip hasn't crossed my path yet, so it might be tabled for a while. But fear not - I have travel plans for this summer, so you can "join" me for that!
Well you know the saying...."if it ain't broken..."
I'm so jealous you still have meatless balls!! They've been gone for months :/
I have hurt many jars of nut butter exactly that way- and yes, i would totally double dip! (Upside to living alone)
Dunno when i will next buy the tofurkey slices, seems to be the neverending package since i can only deal with 2-3 at a time. I totally miss mason!! Haven't seen him in a while, hopefully i will this weekend.
Ttrockwood
I am currently all out of nut butter but I would totally eat yr dessert right now if I could.
Guess it's a good thing I never tried and got hooked on those ballz.
See, I stir the chocolate chips directly into the jar of peanut butter and then eat half in one sitting with MY spoon.
Hey Now!!!!
Sarah, fortunately, I have a stockpile of TJ's Meatless Meatballs, as well as a bag of Gardein to get through. The hope is that by the time I get through all those Meatballs, the TJ's brand will reappear.
Ingrid, Unknown spoke with TJ's representatives and there is the possibility of the Meatballs making a return at some point. Ooooh! So close! I was thinking of going to a Deli, but forced myself to choose a healthy place this week. I wonder where you will go this summer? (Besides the usual Kansas).
Unknown, as someone who has seen many a delicious vegan item suddenly no longer be available, I've learned to stock up (hence my often eating food that is years past its expiration date). Living alone does have a lot of advantages in terms of food consumption, like never any judgement. Tofurky is slicing their 'meats' super duper thin now. Had to separate. I hope you see Mason too. He must be wondering what happened to you.
FF, you often are experiencing a shortage of nut butter. Maybe you should learn to anticipate your nut butter needs better. It is pretty lousy of TJ's to get millions of innocent people hooked on the ballz and then just cut everyone off with no warning.
Hannah, whom else's spoon would you eat the PB with other than your own????
