WTF Monday

Root's Market Eggless Egg Salad on their Russian Black Bread for breakfast. These were the little end pieces of the loaf....
In the past, I've much preferred Common Market's Eggless Egg Salad to Root's Market, but this batch was surprisingly good...
LPQ Lentil Soup for lunch....
Mr. SVegetarian picked up dinner on the way home from Thai Deelish. 'Green Curry' $13.95. Eggplant, Green Beans, Bamboo Shoots in Coconut Green Curry over Rice Noodles....
An Eli's Celebrate Bar for dessert...
A problem as old as the ages: there is a Cat on the Dog bed. 'Mom! Do something!'
Bye for now...

That critter pic just made my life. That is so adorable and funny I can't even deal. Those eyes! So expressive and adorable. That picture could definitely be in a calendar ;)

I love those end pieces of pumpernickel/rye bread. I think I got that from my mom. Breakfast looks great and that dinner! You know I'm a sucker for Thai food. And chocolate. Mmm.

Your response to yesterday's comment made me chuckle too :) You never know, maybe I'll take a break from my lipstick experiment to bake some cookies!

I was gonna send you a link to that same one Ingrid posted...and then I remembered it was Ingrid who posted it. Some of those were really funny.
Cute little bread butts.
The noodles + curry look good. It's been a while since I've had any noodles.
What was the Celebrate bar celebrating?

Oh Molly! I know! It's just how I imagined you must have to suffer with the felines!

Now that is an adorably arranged breakfast.

Ooh, black bread is great! How nice they made you an extra fabulous batch of eggless salad.
Looks like dinner was missing the curry part... Somehow i think of curry as a very saucy dish, and you have naked noodles! Nice looking chunky veggies there.

I LOVE that photo!!! My parents black lab zoe and the chubby fluffy kitty clementine were actually bff and the kitty would curl up next to zoe's tummy and they would cuddle and sleep together every night.

Does Mr SV like oatmeal cookies? Maybe you can send him with a few for lunch...

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, the end pieces of the pumpernickel/rye are great for feeling like you're at a little cocktail party eating hors devours.

FF, the Celebrate Bar was celebrating my having a vegan chocolate bar in the house.

Ingrid, it's not often I get the chance to plate my food in such a professional manner. Thanks to the other end of the loaf, I got to do it again today.

Unknown, I usually strain out all the Curry Sauce with the intention of re-using it again in the future with different veggies. Hasn't happened yet, but ya never know. I'm gonna try to ignore the fact that your Zoe & Clementine story is told in the past tense and pretend that they're still snuggling nightly. Even if Mr. SV was an Oatmeal Cookie fan, I doubt he'd eat these Cookies;-(
