Sunday, April 13th

A Google earth photograph of my breakfast this morning: Harrimans Tofu Scramble with Tempeh Sausage and a ton of Roasted Potatoes. I bet a panoramic camera would really take a cool pic of this dish....
A Root's Market Crab Cake with homemade Tartar Sauce and leftover Great Sage 'Adult Mac & Cheese' for dinner...
Vegan Treats Tiramisu Cake for dessert..
Bye for now...

Haha, Google Earth pic. It's very difficult to take photos that make food both visible and appetizing is what I've come to learn.
The mac still looks great. How did you reheat it?
And what a fantastic looking cake. Tiramisu is seriously one of my favorite desserts. Along with cheesecake. There used to be a great Italian cafe near my folks house (maybe it's still there) that had the besssst desserts. I'd always get tiramisu or a canoli. Good old 11 year old metabolism.

Catching up here - you had a delicious weekend! I hope the rest of your time this weekend was equally as enjoyable!

It must have been a while since I mentioned my summer travel plans, but now I'm just going to tease you: it's on another continent. But yes, Kansas as well. Actually, I'm going there next weekend for Easter. Remy is pretty excited to see the cows.

Your google earth comment made me chuckle. That is a serious mound of potatoes! They look so good though. Great looking breakfast all around. The mac n cheese looks like it kept really well and holy crap that cake!! It looks so delicious!

I think I know where Ingrid is going and if I'm correct I'm SOOOOOOOOOO jealous!!

Is it weird they put green onions on the potatoes yet the rest on the side with the condiments...? Looks delicious anyhow.
Don't think i ever have had tiramisu... Or vegan tiramisu.... But cake is always a good thing, i suspect its delicious.

I bought the dk chocolate coconut bliss, its life expectancy is dwindling quickly...
I saw Mason!!! He must have known how much i missed him- he was splattered against the warm sidewalk near his mommy who was reading in the sunny sitting area nearby. We chatted for a bit and mason was as cuddly and adorable as ever..... Made my day!

Hey Now!!!!

FF, just stuck that old Mac & Cheese on aluminum foil and popped it in the oven. How fortunate you were to grow up around authentic Italian food. Or great food of any kind for that matter.

Ingrid, you mentioned these travel plans before and I've forgotten them? That is not like me. Could you be visiting your ancestral home of Sweden? I'm sure once you tell me, I'll remember.

Sarah, the pups got to enjoy the leftover Potatoes, so that was nice. You're SOOOOOOO jealous of where Ingrid is going, eh? In that case, it must be ...Greece?

Unknown, those Green Onions on the side are really confounding! What do people do with those? There's already Onions in the Scramble and Potatoes. Tiramisu is a big favorite for many people, fortunately for me, I can live happily without it. I don't think I've seen the Dark Chocolate Coconut Bliss flavor, however, I only check out the CB when it's on sale. It's so important that Bulldogs stay cool. I love Mason!

Hannah, it is an imaginative Cake. Better than regular old Tiramisu. That's why I keep buying a slice when I see it.

Haha not Greece, if my guess is correct so is yours. I'm obsessed with going to Scandinavia...
