Is that my doughnut?

Cool, it's like yr last couple days' dessert but in doughnut form!
Very impressed by the BBQ jackfruit. You keep insisting that NY has stuff Virginians don't but I have yet to encounter a jackfruit sandwich for sale - I've seen recipes to make em but I'm too lazy for that.

Oooh, that sandwich looks amazing! A little messy to pick up but messy = good with sandiwiches. I've seen cans of jackfruit in chinatown but don't think i have tried it.....?
That is an impressive donut. Or is it doughnut? Anyways. Totally meal worthy.

I wonder who the onion loving vegans are that demand such fussy plating that harriman's is catering to.
Mason's mom told me she would be filling his kiddie pool on the terrace soon, that's his favorite way to cool off :)

I haven't had that donut in so long! Most recent was a Bavarian cream-filled powdered donut...not complaining.

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, if that wasn't your doughnut, then I don't know who's doughnut it was. It was really good.

FF, you are a lazy git. http://www.menupages.com/restaurants/bliss-grand/menu.

Unknown, I don't recommend trying to work with Jackfruit, but your results may vary from mine. It's usually 'donut' for me, unless it's a really special, then it's 'doughnut'. How great would it be to hang in the kiddie pool with Mason (on a Manhattan terrace)?

Abby, fortunately, I can live without the Cream-Filled Donuts. The Jelly, I want to keep in my life.

How did I not see this post?! That donut looks ridiculously amazing. There are no words to appropriately describe my jealousy right now. The jackfruit looks great too. I'm so curious about it.

Well, dang. Ya got me there. How do you know this stuff better than I do??
Anyway, we're ON PAR. NYC doesn't really have it BETTER.
