Randy Radish Sweet Potato Cherry Scone for breakfast....
'House Salad Bowl' $10.95 at Wildfire Artichokes, Carrots, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Celery and Balsamic Vinaigrette for lunch....
Boca Burgers on TJ's WW Buns with Oven Fries for dinner...
Dinner was way too big a binge after the light lunch. Should not have opted for the Buns. Bye for now.

Randy Radish has been providing some really delicious treats! The sweet potato and cherry scone sounds like a really great flavor combo. The salad is really pretty too. How have tomatoes been by you? I'm ready for summer tomatoes! Oven fries for the win! :)

That scone sounds so great! I want to try to bake that! Dried cherries are hella expensive though.
Did you buy buns that day?? It's odd that you'd have them since you never use them.

That scone looks like its full of stuff! I can always tell when an omni cook made an "entree" salad-its either all veggies or mostly meat and cheese.... Is it so hard to add some avocado or beans or nuts to the veggie version??

I've never gone mushroom hunting myself, but i have had some wonderful huge fresh chanterelles the size of my hand that were picked by someone else in the big sur forest

Hey Now!!!!!

Sarah, Tomatoes have not been well by me. Every year I say I will wait for the real seasonal ones and as always I regret it when I fall for the imported ones.

FF, I bought these TJ's WW Hamburger Buns a few weeks ago for when I made Sloppy Joes. I keep the Buns in the freezer. They're good for retro style meals.

Unknown, Wildfire Restaurant is supposed to be a 'throwback' to darkened 1940's supper clubs. It's a minor miracle I can devise a vegan meal there and that they've always successfully left off the eggs and croutons from my House Salad . You were so lucky to have someone share those Chanterelles with you. I don't think I've ever had a fresh Chanterelle.
