Tavern 64 hits a home run again; great looking hash. Although I feel like the tofu seems less seasoned. Was just not paying attention and that's how it always looks?

Re: Target - I found them, bought them (along with two other Gardein varieties - couldn't resist the price: $3.29 a piece). Also, Qrunch is $4 - $5 here, I've only bought them on sale.

I also had a hash for breakfast but the photo didn't turn out nearly as well as yours did. I'll still be posting about it eventually, though.

Thanks for the link. We're still not 100% sure that we'll be taking the trip because it depends on a few things yet, but we should know for sure by next week. Grayson Highlands State Park is where we'd stay for a few nights, then we'd probably go to South Carolina for a few nights. I'll let you know if we settle on something.

I commented on yesterdays post but the interwebs ate it...!
That hash looks so amazing-is it as good as the one at LPQ? Looks chunkier, and i remember you are pro- potatoes in hash. Great looking salad there, i love to add my own stuff to whole foods salads too. The salad dressings they have are always either weird or have a bunch of weird ingredients- very un-whole foods actually. The cake muffin sounds delicious with the blueberries in there.....

Another great food day!! The hash looks so incredible, definitely a great meal to start the weekend! You also made a beautiful salad. The lemon blueberry cake thing sounds amazing too. Lemon and blueberry is a really great combination.

Hey Now!!!

Hannah, a movie about a Blob made of Grape Jelly sounds like it would be quite amusing.

VGG, thanks, I did really well yesterday. Still planning to post daily?

Ingrid, the Tavern 64 Hash was prepared differently yesterday, but definitely as delectable as ever. $3.29 for Gardein? I've never seen their products that low-priced. Same for the Qrunch Burgers. I'd be willing to pay $4/box. I usually only buy Boca Burgers when they're $3/box (it's the principle or something).

RVs, Grayson Highlands State Park looks beautiful. I will look forward to reading about your trip.

Unknown, the Tavern 64 Tofu Hash is completely different than LPQ's Tofu Scramble. They're both outstanding in their own ways. You could probably write up a good comparison, but I'm not able to do them justice. Do you folks up in NYC have those annoying salad dressing containers on the WF's Salad Bar that you can't shake up without splattering the entire store?

Sarah, Salads are so simple when you get the majority of components off the Salad Bar. I hope to do them more frequently now that I've discovered that secret.
