WTF Monday

Tofutti Cream Cheese on a toasted TJ's Pumpkin Bagel for breakfast. Couldn't get a good schmear, but the Bagel was pretty pleasing. Very sweet...
Tofurky Kielbasa and Risotto from The Randy Radish for lunch. The Kielbasa really over powered the delicate Risotto. My bad on that pairing...
Boca Burgers with CSA Tomatoes and Peruvian Blue Fries for dinner...
Coconut Coconut Milk Ice Cream with Uncle Eddie's PB Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert...
If all goes well tomorrow, there will be some non-brown food.

Pumpkin bagel?! Amazing. That is definitely something I'd like to try. Sounds so good! The risotto sounds so delicious and you definitely can't go wrong with ice cream and cookies. Definitely another delicious food day.

yum that pumpkin bagel looks yum! Love pumpkin season!

Those peruvian blue fries look interesting and the risotto looks amazing!

I hadn't heard that chipotle was making the pinto beans vegan but I'm glad they are.

The wait is over, bring on all things pumpkin. I need to get my hands on a pumpkin bagel immediately! (After the clean out, of course. Or not.)

Cookies and ice cream is pretty fantastic.

I am so excited about finally experiencing North America's obsession with sweet pumpkin baked goods. I may have said this to you before. But your pumpkin made me think it again, so I wrote it again.

Funny, the bagel doesn't look great but the schmear does. But I'll take any pumpkin bagel any day.
Lotsa mustard all around. Not that there's anything wrong with that! I think yr risotto influenced my rice/leek/mushroom salad, so thank you.

Uncle Eddie's peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are haunting me.

A pumpkin bagel is a genius idea. What a great breakfast.

We enjoyed some of the same cookies this weekend. So delicious!

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, thanks! Uncle Eddie's Cookies are 100% guaranteed fantastic every time.

VGG, the Blue Fries taste exactly like regular Fries. Just had some taters to use up, so it was a nice little change of pace.

Ingrid, how much cleaner can it get over there? I think there's room in the freezer for a few Bagels.

Hannah, say it all you want. It is one of the few positive things we Americans are obsessed with.

FF, that was a horrible Schmear! What kind of Arbiter of Schmearing are you?! You may need to step down if you aren't going to be serious.

Abby Bean, Uncle Eddie is the kind of uncle we all should have.

RVs, that's why I bought the Bagels. Seeing them was so amusing.
