Sunday, March 11th

TJ's British Muffins, Flax Seed Valencia Peanut Butter and Raspberry Preserves for breakfast...
The weather was so exquisite, I absolutely had to dine al fresco today, so lunch was at Blue Moon Cafe. My Veggie Wrap and Fries...
Tempeh and Pumpkin Seed Salad with Goddess Dressing for dinner.
Sweet and Natural Chocolate Fudge Cake for dessert, but not a single pic was in focus. Coming up tomorrow: Going into the office an hour earlier than usual.

British muffins? Are those the same as English muffins?
You know, in England we don't even eat English Muffins. We eat crumpets.
Check those out one day, they're way better.

Yum food today - wish I could have seen dessert!

I love seeing that breakfast every time you post it. It always looks so good! Dining al fresco is the best and it looks like you had a perfect meal for it! That veggie wrap looks great and the fries look like they were cooked perfectly. A cocktail would have rounded out that meal nicely. A little day drinking once in a while is definitely appropriate, especially on a day like today! The salad looks like a great way to end the day and I wish I could have seen dessert too, it sounds sooooo good!

Awesome that you could dine al fresco! It wasn't quite that nice out here today (too windy), but hopefully soon.

The wrap and fries look especially good. It's too bad the pics of your dessert didn't turn out. It sounds divine!

Eating outside makes everything wonderful! I can't wait.
I'm with Isobelle - crumpets are bomb!

I sat outside for a while today, too! I am itching for spring to arrive (or maybe I'm itching for spring break? Yeah, that's it.)

What was in the wrap?

TJ's British Muffins are one of the excellent, reasonably-priced finds I bought there last week. Perhaps they are "British inspired." I enjoy them, but I've also had crumpets and they're pretty darn great too.

{Homer Simpson voice} Mmm... French fries.

It sounds as if spring has truly arrived in the Shenandoah region.

Wow, everything is making my mouth water! The PBJ looks so yummy, and that wrap looks delish...how great you're eating al fresco already. I have to say though, the salad is crowning glory of the day...looks fab!

Hey Now!!!!

Isotope, I've seen the Crumpets at TJ's, but didn't look at the ingredients. They are on top of my agenda now.

VaVa, I would've had a cocktail, but with daylight savings, it was too early in the day even for me to start drinking. I do like your thinking.

Molly, it's pretty bad when auto-focus pics are out of focus.

FF, I was just marvelling to myself today how impressive it was that you made English Muffins. Guess it wasn't as impressive as if you had made Crumpets.

Ingrid, you make me so glad I'm not a teacher. Waiting till spring break to get away from it all. No thank you! (There was Hummus, LTO and Cucumber in my wrap).

Miss Rachel, the Daffodils are in full bloom down here. Check out this great Bachelor-inspired video:

Kimberly, it was a pretty great food day. The Fries were outstanding.

Rose, all my grub was orchestrated to have the Salad as denouement. My plan worked! Yes!
