The grapefruit kind of looks like a pumpkin. You did a good job of getting most of the pith off! I'd love to eat a grapefruit in sections like that because it seems easier, but I need a knife to cut away the bitter pith.

nYUM! Your lunch looks SO GOOD I'm actually really jealous of it right now. I've been craving pasta ever since I saw your spaghetti and meatballs the other day and this is reinforcing it so I see some gf pasta in my future!

I'm going to sleep in and basically be lazy on Christmas. Just the way I like my holidays.

That chili sauce sounds good, especially in that dish. I agree with Maud- great job on the grapefruit!

Sorry--I had to delete my previous comment due to an especially egregious typo.

Everything looks especially tasty, or did I just wake up hungry?!

Thankfully, we're not doing ANYTHING for the holidays other than lounging around the house. The past few years we've traveled to visit family. This sounds awful but I find it very stressful to pack up the house, find a cat-sitter, scurry around horrible airports, deal with weather, etc and by the time you get back home you have to go right back to work. So being a shut-in suits me just fine.

That grapefruit looks pretty! I just rolled out of bed, but I could go for any of these eats right now. They look so yummy.

We're having a chilled Christmas, going to a play on Christmas Eve, some nice food and homemade vegan ravioli with the family on Christmas Day.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I'm sorry to hear that you need to take a knife to your citrus in that manner.

VaVa, this Spaghetti was worth ingesting the gluten.

Molly, I never noticed on your blog if Emma & Rowan sleep in your bed. Our pups take up most of our bed every night.

Stacy, looking forward to seeing some posts from your shut-in Christmas.

Rose, 'a play'?! So cultural. Please post your Ravioli and the recipe (after the fact, of course)

Well, they both have their own beds next to ours, but Emma usually ends up sleeping in our bed with us. Rowan will from time to time, but not very often. They can take up so much room for being so small, can't they?
