Oatmeal at Mom's for breakfast. $1.95. I brought my own Pomegranate Arils today and decided that Raisins pair better with Oatmeal, IMO. Can anyone guess what the picture is supposed to be?
WF's Red Pepper Hummus & Celery for lunch. Big Honkin' Olive is looking at you.
Gardein Stuffed Turk'y and Roasted Cauliflower (with Sun-Dried Tomatoes finally. Awesome pairing) for dinner.
I lost patience trying to enter the Hummus quantity in the App (it only took TBSPs), and the Stuffed Turk'y wasn't in there either (280 Calories FTR), but I think I kept it around 1500 calories today not counting the Vodka. Anyway, I have a ton of desserts I wan't to indulge in so bad, but I'm resisting.

Look at your willpower resisting those desserts! I was impressed by your dessert willpower before and it continues to impress me :) I also love your food art...the oatmeal and the hummus with the olive eye ;) Is the oatmeal art supposed to be a tree of some sort? So glad you tried and liked the roasted cauliflower and sun-dried tomatoes! One of my fav combos :) Have a great night! Oh, I'm pretty sure 1/4 cup = 3 tablespoons if that helps?

You're right- Noodles should have a vegan mac & cheese! That would be awesome. :)

Is that a tree that you made? It looks like a very festive xmas tree. Love it!

Wow, I'm repeating myself now, but if I were guessing I would've thought that day didn't break 1000c. Not sure if the holiday season is the right time to try to mend my delusional ways. Anyhow, good looking grub all the same!

Agreed - raisins win, but the arils were necessary for a festive tree!

Sun-dried tomatoes sound perfect right now; the other day I had a few tomato slices on a veggie sandwich, and the tomato was sour. Definitely out of season!

Flavored vodka or regular?

If it is not a Xmas tree it is an arrow telling you where your cup of coffee is (in the morning I need these things...)

Yeah, raisins are good in creamier oats like yours but I like my oats on the dry side so pom arils are a nice burst of juice. Totally a tree in the oats, totally an eyeball on the hummus. Keeping it creepy.

Hey Now!!!!!

VaVa, yes, it was an X-mas tree! Ugh! I don't know my TBSP = Cup Fractions. So frustrating.

Molly, I need to research Wisconsin to see why you're so deprived up there.

Stacy, you can repeat yourself. Maybe if you keep repeating it, food will not have so many calories.

Ingrid, oh sure, now you tell me Raisins win. I'm indulging in the flavorless Vodka lately. I found the flavored Vodkas were clashing with my meals.

Alessandra, thanks! I was able to break my coffee addiction many years ago. Others aren't as fortunate. When are you gonna clue us in how to comment on your blog?

FF, I got your burst of juice right here! Huh? I don't even know what that means. A creepy vibe is one thing I never aspired to, but perhaps there is a demand 'out there' for a creepy blog that I could fulfill.

Where's Rose???

I do really like pom seeds in oatmeal, but I also like nuts and fresh apples cuz I like seedy, chunky oatmeal. You're being so creative today with your food.
