Monday, December 26th

A Groupon-induced breakfast today at Eggspectations where I enjoyed a 'Banango' $6.99 Banana & Mango blended with fresh Orange Juice and Ice...
and the Fruit 'Bowl' $11.99 (had to jack up the cost of Mr. SV & my combined meals to $30). After I got home I bought four more Groupons for this place. Aside from the name, it was a really good restaurant and I love buying stuff on the internet.Lunch was a Veggie Burger Wrap $7.19 at Cheeburger Cheeburger. This was my first time eating in the restaurant, previously, I've done carry-out. It was very busy with lots of little kids so it all felt quite sticky and germy.Mr. SV & I split a medium Fries $3.39. Usually fantastic, these Fries were laden with 'Zesty Seasoning', so I could only eat a couple. Service was terrible. Unlike breakfast, lunch wasn't a hit.Boca Chikn Patties and Steamed Broccoli for dinner.Vegan Peanut Butter Ball for dessert. So what have we determined here today? Anything?

That you really like buying things on the internet..

:)

Your breakfast fruit plate looks like the best breakfast ever.

I'm pretty sure we've learned that fruit is way better than children. Fact.

So I read that your fruit was $11.95 and thought that was a little steep then I saw the pic! What a gorgeous fruit plate, totally worth it I think! Sorry lunch was a bust but I bet the peanut butter ball made up for it.

Ps I'm not sick, I meant that I would be sick if I ate pancakes and faux sausage 3 meals a day like i said i wanted to bc of the tremendous amount of wheat I'd be eating :)

1. You blame kids for the problems in the world.

2. Fruit is good.

Jenny,

This is so crazy. I was thinking of putting a disclaimer in my post about how your kids aren't all sticky and germy like the ones in the restaurant today (what your brood does at WF's is another story). Anyhoo, I definitely don't blame kids for anything other than the germy sticky thing. How parents can afford to have them is beyond me. Everyone please note: If i say I'm sick in two weeks, it is from touching the Ketchup & Mustard bottles on my table at Cheeburger Cheeburger. Those things needed to be boiled beyond recognition, yet I touched them. Repeatedly.

We've learned that accusing you of blaming kids gets a rare, "early" comment from you!

HA...ditto to what Stacy said. I had to scroll back up to make sure I didn't look at the date wrong on your post.

Your breakfast does look delish. Sorry lunch wasn't as exciting.

Hey Now!!!!

Isotope, yes, there's few things better than buying stuff on the internet, passing out and then in the morning seeing what was bought.

FF, dont let uber pregnant Jenny hear you say that!

VaVa, the funny thing about breakfast was that this was the 'bowl' size. Next time, I'll go for the 'cup' size.

Jenny, it was Michael Jackson who said it best, 'Children Are Our Future'. He should know, he really studied them.

Stacy, it blew my mind that I was planning to add a 'Jenny disclaimer' to the post and then she goes and dings it right away.

Michelle2, my response to Jenny made it look like I had seven comments rather than the actual six. So that was cool.

Well, that stinks about lunch, but breakfast certainly looks like it made up for it! Gorgeous fruit plate and that smoothie sounds very refreshing.

I'm very touched that you were thinking about including a disclaimer just for me! Ha! You're awesome.
