Friday, December 30th

On the 364th day of 2011 I enjoyed a Grapefruit & Energy Chunk breakfast.
WF's Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette lunch.
Field Roast Hazelnut Cranberry Roast En Croute and Baked Potato dinner.
The upcoming three day weekend will go by even faster than the regular two day weekend. Not sure how it does that, but it does.

Wait, no dessert!?

I don't even eat dessert so I always have to come over and see yours. Now I'm going to have to eat one..

Alright, I'll take one for the team this time.

Hoo wa I can taste those onions from here.
Do you ever go back to your old posts to see what you ate on the 364th day, three years ago?

I wish I liked grapefruit. I guess I'll just have to stick with clementines for now. Your salad looks really good and keep enjoying that field roast en croute for me. Darn gluten, wah!

I hope you'll at least treat yourself to booze and dessert tomorrow! ;) Have a very happy, healthy and safe new year!

Great looking salad! Isn't it befuddling how fast those extra days go?

I hope you have a great New Year!

I like the fork shots, and especially how you've positioned them on either side of the dishes. You're keeping us on our toes with your creativity!

Happy New Year Shen!!! Here's to more good eats in 2012. I hear you on the 3-day weekend thing; extra days off work seem to make it all the harder to go back, but let's not dwell on that now, it's time to party!

The Balsamic Vinaigrette is my salad topper of choice.

What will Shen post for her New Year's Eve feast?! Er, dinner.

I'm already mourning the loss of winter vacation. Tuesday will be here far too soon.

Hey Now!!!!

Isotope, nope, no dessert yesterday. No melty Raw Vegan Snickers enjoyed here...nada...

FF, except for a Chocolate Cake I'm planning to recreate one of these days, I very rarely look back at the blog. Raw Onions are to ensure that someone will ask me a work-related question after lunch. Never fails and makes me feel of worth.

VaVa, aren't you sweet! I so enjoy my drinking at home alone. Always have, probably always will.

Molly, I almost wish we wouldn't have these extended weekends, that's how short they are. Happy New Year to you as well.

Deb, yep. When blog content is lacking, gotta exploit the Fuzzies. Just how it is. Looking forward to your healthy posts in 2012.

Stacy, Grapefruit doesn't grow wild in the Great White North? Might be time for a crate from UPS.

Blessed Mama, The Fork really loves to ham it up. You have no idea how many food pics I've taken where The Fork is blocking all the food. Such a scene stealer.

Rose, still waiting on the Xmas Ravioli post...

Ingrid, I thought public schools didn't come back for two weeks after the new year? Has that changed?
