Lunch was stir-fried Seitan and Bok Choy off the health bar at Whole Foods.
Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz 57, Asparagus and a Baked Potato w/Sour Supreme & Bac'Uns. Even though, when I was making the cutlets, I accidentally put a Tablespoon of Salt into them instead of a Teaspoon, they still turned out delicious. Five of TJ's After Dinner Mints for dessert.
750 MLs of Black Swan Shiraz Merlot too. Zero comments for two whole days. Don't leave me flapping out here in the blogosphere breeze, readers! Throw me a bone and leave a comment!

Hey SV,
It does look like a really good day of vegan eats! I'm craving some seitan now...
mmmmmmm! i want that salad soooo badly!
also, those mints look yummy too. it looks like i need to get some sweets..
i just went out and bought that autumnn harvest stuff that you'd been blogging about? i thought it would be sweeter and i ruined its "healthyness" by eating it with chocolate and peanut butter....
a good vegan find even if i would have wanted it sweeter!i had totally given up on that brand
Thank you Michelle, Alicia, Rose & Kimberly! Now you can rest your fingers for a few more days;-)
Michelle, not sure how you can eat cereal with chocolate & pb? I was actually surprised how sweet the kashi cereal was on it's own. I bought it because I was craving frosted mini wheats.
I'm here! I didn't much blog-browsin' time yesterday at work. I love the seitan chicken-y stuff on the WF bar. I've only had it once, but it was sooo good.
