Pre-Thanksgiving Grub

Lunch today was the buffet at Passage To India. The website says the buffet is $7.95, but it's really $10.99. There were only two veggie options without dairy -- Curried Chickpeas and Cabbage with Peas.
Dinner was Celebration Field Roast with Mashed Potatoes and Road's End Organic Gravy.

Looking forward to seeing everyone's vegan Thanksgiving feasts!

Sounds like you had a better food day than yesterday.

I haven't tried Celebration Field Roast yet. What do you think of the flavor and texture?

Thanks for letting me know. I will pick one up next trip to Whole Foods.

BTW, our dinner tonight was inspired by your lunch. I hope to get it posted before I turn it tonight. We are running late this evening and just had dinner.

OMG...I was going to ask the same about the Celebration Roast...the Field Roast company is located here in Seattle, and sometimes, I buy their sausages...but I was wondering about the Celebration Roast.

I love Field Roast products. They are rather expensive. They might be less expensive in Seattle. I paid $7.99 for the Celebration Roast at Whole Foods.

No, I think it's just as expensive here. :)

Hi, I've been visiting your site for a while. It's fun watching your daily adventures in eating restaurant fare. My girls even like to see it, too, and they love to laugh at some of your remarks.
