Pistachios and Bologna

I've been craving Pistachios lately.That was all I wanted for lunch today, so that's what I had.
Dinner was Yves Bologna Sandwich on Whole Wheat with yellow Mustard and Veganaisse.

I just ate what I craved today, however dull.

Okay, I have to ask. How close is the Yves Bologna to the meat version?

I love the Yves bologna...but I love processed soy meats. Maybe because I always super-processed foods when I was kid (like Velvetta and such...).

I love to fry up Yves bologna and eat it on a sandwich with ketchup.
