My Kung Pao Tofu was good...but not as good as it used to be..
Mr. SV wanted to show his Szechuan Stir-Fried Vegetables.
Dinner was Alicia's Cutlets with Roasted Carnival Squash.

I thought these were super delicious. I loved the texture (even though mine didn't come out crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside). Thanks, Alicia! Great recipe!

Thank YOU. The cutlet paired well with Heinz 57.
Looks fabulous! Especially the Szechuan Stir-Fried Vegetables. YUM :)
All those Asian food has me hungry again! I just love fried tofu dishes like that. And the cutlets look delish.
