Soup, Sandwich, Cutlet and Fries

Lunch was a WF's "Spring Garden" sandwich and a cup of Pumpkin Soup.
Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz 57 and a side of Sweet Potato Fries with Curry Sauce (Veganaisse mixed with Curry Powder)

If I do say so myself, this batch of cutlets was the best I've ever made. I could go into business selling them.

Shenandoah,

You sound like I did when I discovered that adding bread crumbs worked so well in seitan. I am so happy you like them too!

BTW, what is in the Spring Garden Sandwich? I see cucumber, but can't make out the other ingredients. You know me, always looking for ideas.

thanks,
Alicia

Such a great recipe!
THe sandwich was just Lettuce, Tomato, Cukes, Shredded Carrots and Hummus. Nothing special.

You are so nice, thank you so much for the compliment.

I am going to try a mushroom seitan today if I have time. That has been on my list for while. I hope it will live up to the original.

Thanks for letting me know about the sandwich contents.

have a good day today,
Alicia
