Sweet Eats

Lunch was Stir Fried Seitan and Bok Choy from Whole Food's Global Cuisine Hot Bar.
Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz 57 and a Sweet Potato.

Another delicious day!

Those cutlets sound so good! I just discovered wheat gluten and I am loving it!

I was just out running errands and didn't stop at Whole Foods. Darn it. So often I come to your blog I have a craving to go to Whole Foods and pick up lunch. Oh well, maybe I will remember next time.

I can't imagine being near a Whole Foods and not stopping. You never know what you might find!

Shenandoah,

I live within 2 miles of Whole Foods so I get there often, but not normally at lunch time. I have actually never picked up prepared food there. Crazy I know.

Not crazy. A lot of their prepared food sucks. But just yesterday I found they started carrying Chreese (vegan cheese). They seem to really be trying to incorporate more vegan products.

Thanks for the tip of the new vegan cheese. I will definitely be looking for it on my next trip to WF.
