Lasagna Roll-Ups

This past weekend, I made Lasagna Roll-Ups.
I used Susan's recipe for the filling.
Tonight I heated them up for dinner.I was way too generous when filling the noodles so I had a bunch leftover and made a non-rolled-up lasagna:
It will make an appearance later in the week.

Being part Italian I love Lasagna. I love to make rollups because the leftovers are so easy to pack for lunch. Yours look great.
