That pumpkin bagel still has me totally fascinated! is it sweet? I want to try one, I need to figure out where I get one! Great looking curry and hooray for the cheez log again! Those bites are making me crave sweet and coconut for sure. Still jealous of your WFH days. I just got home from a 12 hour day so the envy is very strong right now. ;)

Great day here! Nice schmear on the bagel there. The tofu lunch sounds like a great combo with the veggie variety too. Randy radish needs their own store! Does the truck run year round?? That cheez and figgy combo just sounds incredible..... And i'm glad to see the other coconut bites before two months have passed.
I usually start from this older bittman recipe (at the bottom of the article linked), but i omit the apple and hot peppers and add a can of black beans. And sometimes i'm lazy and just use the curry powder and skip the other spices... Best with the full fat coconut milk in a can.

A wonderful day of eats!

I haven't had thai in so long!

Boo to having to go in the office, but at least you'll still be having some great food. That cheez log always looks so fantastic.

Yum! I'd would have loved to eat this Tuesday with you! I need to make a pumpkin bagel happen immediately, and it's also time to make some curry here at home.

P.S. Happy to make you chuckle! :) My heart warmed with your comment!

Hey Now!!!!

Blessed Mama, I know you are a fan of the Asian stuff.

Hannah, let's hope there is no more math involved with this blog, cuz, personally, I'm not so good at it.

Sarah, the Pumpkin Bagels are from Trader Joes. They're super sweet and soft. so if you don't like them, you can give them to your co-workers. No way I could ever do a 12-hour work day. How does your company find people willing to endure that?

Unknown, I may have 'futzed' with the Schmear a little before photographing. Basically, it wasn't a natural Schmear. The Randy Radish just started this year, so hoping they can run the truck through winter. Thanks for the recipe, I'll try it ASAP.

VGG, I've bought Pumpkin Butter at Farmers Markets before, but never Trader Joes. I will look for it.

RVs, it is an impressive little Cheez Log, but oh so rich and filling. Not to be eaten too often.

Ingrid, yes, I must admit to being greatly amused by your parents checking into a new B&B nightly, but absolutely no 'hanky-panky' . "Just disregard the Jacuzzi-for-two, champagne on ice, 1800's four-poster bed etc etc".
