My last Gardein Breakfast Sandwich (that I know of) for breakfast (till I get more. Yes, I want more)...
An attempt at a 'Food Feud Bowl' from Wegmans Veggie Hot Bar, i.e., just a bunch of disparate items sort of piled on top of each other. I didn't have the guts to toss it all together with Hummus. Maybe next time. Tasted really great, Weggies is finally waking up to veganism...
Beyond Meat Chicken with TJ's Teeny Tiny Taters and Imagine Mushroom Gravy for dinner...
The other half of my Alternative Baking Company Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert. Damn great Cookie...
Back to WFH grub tomorrow.

That breakfast sandwich is making me want to get Gimme Lean sausage and daiya and ezekiel english muffins. I need to get to Whole Foods desperately. I love the FF bowl! It looks great, I miss Wegmans. What a great store. Teeny tiny taters are the best, they always cook up perfectly and hooray for cookies! All good days end with cookies :)

I agree with Sarah about trying a homemade version, I bet it would be yummy - and I might even add a tofu "egg". We'll see if I ever do that. . .

That's a great veggie bowl!

I'd highly recommend the Everyday Happy Herbivore gravy I tried last week - if sounds good, I can email you the recipe (super quick and easy).

Lunch looks amazing! Great assortment of vegan food at wegmans!

Love those cookies. I was at the market today and saw some but had to hold myself back! They are finished too fast in my household!

I didn't know that about hemp! I eat a lot of hemp seeds, milk is next!
Love the look of lunch- squash and mushrooms are so good together. Nice that the regular grocery is gettin' with the program. Those tiny taters are so great since there is more crispy skin per potato-beyond meat is still on my todo list, but i don't eat many faux meats besides those meatless balls. Glad you're ditching the cube tommarrow.

At least that Gardein'wich had cheeze on it.
What is in that bowl?? I love that there is delicata squash! You really can't go wrong with any old thing thrown in another thing. Have heard great things about Wegmans.
I thought the Beyond meat was roasted parsnip... that would be good with gravy, probably, right?

ABC cookies: oldies but goodies. Uncle Eddie's are still my faves...

Delicata squash is one of the only things that makes me feel okay about the colder weather.

Hey Now!!!

Sarah, I forgot about making my own Gardein Breakfast Sandwiches. I don't think I could do them in the microwave at work though and that's what I like about them: a junky hot breakfast in my cube that's vegan.

Ingrid, thanks for the recipe offer, but there is no way I'm bothering to make my own Gravy now that I can just use the little Imagine box. I don't care how delicious the homemade is.

VGG, good job holding yourself back on the Cookies. I've been there -- standing and staring...

Unknown, I love your explanation about why the TT Taters are so fun. I still think you must be in advertising. I'm not recommending the Beyond Meat. I just bought it on a crazy whim. I think it takes some cooking skill to work with that I don't have.

FF, there was Pasta, Tofu, Brussels Sprouts, Delicata Squash and Mushrooms in my container. I can see where tossing that all together wouldn't cause too much disaster, but I was too afeared. What if I ruined the whole meal? Parsnips and Gravy? You're really getting wild.

Abby Bean, Uncle Eddies are superior, but these ABC Cookies are running a close second.

Hannah, I love the name 'Delicata'. Not many 'delicate' things hit my plate.
