WTF Wednesday

Kashi Berry Fruitful Cereal with Silk Almond Milk for breakfast...
Red Pepper Hummus with Dill Sandwich Slices on a Wegmans Pumpernickel Bagel for lunch...
The Randy Radish apparently heard my dreams as well. Seriously, all my food dreams are coming true lately. I've been craving this Cheez Log with Tapenade for weeks. Tonight it was made real: 'Almond Crusted Cheez Log with Fig Tapenade' $7 from The Randy Radish for dinner. House-made Artisan Cheez Log with organic Fig & Olive Tapenade and Organic Rice Crackers. I really enjoy having not one but two things to spread on a Cracker...
'Southwest Spring Rolls' from The Randy Radish for dessert $5.  Crispy Spring Rolls filled with Beyond Meat Chicken-Free Strips, Sweet Corn, Black Beans, Tomatoes, Onions, Brown Rice and Cilantro with Chipotle Ranch Dipping Sauce...
Lots of dippin', spreadin' and crunchin' enjoyed tonight. Such a fantastic food day.

The cheez log looks sooooooo good. I love a meal with lots of dippers. If I like olives I'm sure I'd be all over the tapenade as well :) The bagel looks pretty damn great as well. I have to agree you've been eating some great stuff!

Food that can be eaten with our hands - especially those items needing to be dipped or shmeared - is always considered a good day in my eyes! I'm so jealous of their whole operation! Speaking of food trucks, this Sunday is the Vegan Van's last day of service till spring! Her van needs some serious repairs, and is even considering a store front if things don't improve. Yes, I will go.

Really great food day! I am a huge fan of any and all interactive meals, especially those eaten by hand. The fig olive tapenade and cheez log look like deliciousness multiplied! The spring rolls sound like another great choice there.
Glad to see breakfast didn't take so long to make today-although i read that soaking the steel cut oats overnight in water (amount used to cook them) and then cooking the next morning it makes cooking time faster, like 15 min.
I turned a year older today and celebrated with too much sangria and assorted veg tapas ("um, can i order the mushroom toasts but no jamon and no cheese? Maybe some extra mushrooms?") your dinner looks better but i was buzzed enough not to care i left kinda hungry.......

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, as well you should!

Sarah, can't believe you like Pickles but not Olives. Yesterdays Olives at lunch were so (pardon the word) 'meaty'. Really great.

Ingrid, I hope Vegan Van goes 'brick & mortar' as it is called, but keeps the same quality of course.

Unknown, Happy Belated Birthday! Thanks for the tip on the Oats.

VGG, yep, I'm not taking any chances on lousy food these days.
