WTF Tuesday

Nature's Path Flax Plus Raisin Bran Flakes with Silk Almond Milk for breakfast...
Tofurky Italian Deli Slice Sandwich for lunch...
Boca Burgers with Field Day Chili and the rest of the Common Market Polenta for dinner....
Half of an Alternative Baking Company Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert...
It was so pleasurable being home with my babies today, I must do it again tomorrow. Thanks all, for your wise words of encouragement.

I fully support another WFH day with the babies. I think I get to babysit the fur kids for a night or two and I'm excited! Anyway onto the grub. While I do not like peppers the polenta does look really good (I'll just pretend it's sun dried tomato sauce). I've been eating cold cereal for dinner on supremely lazy nights and I've been loving it. And I really love that brand of cookie! I can't see what kind you had (not wearing my glasses) but I've tried the pumpkin, lemon poppy and espresso chocolate chip and they've all been delicious!

It looks like a great day all the way around; being home, and great meals! I haven't had the best experience with polenta at home, but I would definitely pick it up somewhere!

I love those ABC cookies, so decadent.

Looks like a great day- glad you stayed with the furry kids. I have a new bff in my 'hood, a two year old bulldog named "mason" who i see regularly while on walks with his mom.
Nice sandwich and olives, the chili "sauce" is totally brilliant and makes me crave chili now..... Those cookies are the best! I grab the gingerbread when i see it. My dessert tonight was a super gingery moscow mule while out with some friends. Hit the spot.

How come you don't put any thing else on yr sandwich? A tomato? Some avocado? Lettuce?
Also, I'm with everyone - those ABC cookies are fantastic. I really like that they are pretty easy to find - they sell them in a fair amount of places.

I see you've been eating quite well while I've been away! That polenta looks especially delicious & I'm glad you could stay home with your sweeties.

Hey Now!!!

Sarah, cold cereal (at least Kashi brand) is guaranteed delicious. I approve of your dinners. I sometimes think of having cold cereal for dessert. The Sauce on the Polenta was more like Sun-Dried Tomato than Red Pepper.

Hannah, am I allowed to have a Parliament in the States? I'll consider you all my House and Senate.

Ingrid, it's so great when Polenta turns out well either at home or in a restaurant. Good Polenta has definitely been a rarity in my life.

Unknown, awww! Mason! If only you had a blog so we could all see his adorable face! But no....Anyway, I have plans to make myself a Moscow Mule on Friday evening.

FF, I didn't put anything else on my sandwich cuz I didn't have anything else to put on it. I'm pleased with myself that I have Bread, Tofurky and Vegenaisse. That's as far ahead as I'm thinking.

RVs, I wondered where you've been. Hope there's a recap involving Ayla coming soon.

At the moment, in America, I don't think you have anything government-related right now.

P.S. collective nouns of animals are the BEST.
