WTF Thursday

It's been several years since I bought this jar of Nuttzo Seven Nut and Seed ButterThey've even revamped the packaging since my purchase. I was waiting till the day came when I felt worthy of a $13 jar of Nut Butter to open it. Today was the day apparently....
It's definitely good. How could it not be good? But is it $13 good? How the h*ll do I know? I'd put it on par with TJ's Valencia PB with Flaxseed. But maybe my expectations are too high after staring at the sealed jar all these years.
Spread on a Wegmans Pumpernickel Bagel with Banana, it performed well, but I don't pretend to be a product reviewer here...
Back to Boca Chik'n Patties with CSA Tomato and CSA Delicata Squash for dinner...
An entire 'Midnight Rhapsody' $4 from The Randy Radish for dessert. Rich and Fudgy. Should have only eaten half...
Wherever I go, whatever I do, I will make sure to eat well tomorrow.

That nut butter sounds so intense! It is crazy how expensive nut butters are... I am always surprised by the prices of the nut butters in Whole Foods. The Artisana small jars are like $12 bucks. But they are damn good ;) Anyway, it sounds like you tried it out with a perfect meal. I should get some bananas... it's been a long time!

That squash with dinner looks gorgeous and holy yum that dessert! Rich and decadent indeed!

Yeah, Nuttzo is one of those treats I'd love to buy but simply can't justify, because I eat normals jars of peanut butter generally within two days with a spoon, and that could end up being, what, over $40 a week? Can't.

I detest the high price of nut butters, I really should just figure out to make my own. This does look pretty fantastic - like a fancy crunchy nut butter.

Your Rhapsody reminds me that another beet brownie is in order. . .

I enjoyed my jar of nutzzo, but it didn't alter my universe. Good stuff though. Nice piling technique in the bagel.
There is no way i could have only had half of that randy radish dessert. I would most likely have had it as my dinner actually.....!

I've never heard of that nut butter. Glad you cracked it open. I'm curious if it has an expiration date, though?

More of that chocolate cake, please. If the universe had intended for you to have only eaten half, it wouldn't have been whole.

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, I wont even look at those Artisana type Nut Butters, but this jar of Nuttzo had so much going on, I fell for it.

Hannah, you really must have the metabolism of a hummingbird.

Ingrid, seems like making Nut Butter would be easier than Kale Chips.

Unknown, we'd probably all have heard of Nuttzo long ago if it was universe altering. Now I know. I'm expecting the Moscow Mule to alter my universe -- once I find one. Might be too sophisticated a cocktail for this area.

RVs, I didn't see an expiration date anywhere on the Nuttzo jar. That wouldn't have affected my decision to eat it unless the lid was bulging or something off-putting like that.

Abby Bean, dang! The universe is really all up in my business lately, aint it?!

If you liked the Nuttzo, it's good, no?

FF, I think I know what you're saying: Buy Nuttzo from now on. You're with the Nuttzo people aren't you? You're one of them.
