Do it! Hide from the office, and stay behind with the furries! I know you'll have to still work, but it'll be more fun, right? ;)

It is definitely nearing chili weather here.

The fries look great - did you make those yrself?
Ditto on the eggless salad. That you could probably do yrself easily, no?

I agree, stay home! Boo for going in to work when you can work from home!

I like the angle on the eggless salad sandwich pic and those oven fries look so incredibly delicious.

Re: the polenta if I remember correctly it was a red pepper sauce? No peppers for me. I'd be all over it if that sauce was sun dried tomato sauce though.

Great day of food. I miss having eggless egg salad. Haven't been able to find any for awhile. I've had to make do with eggless tofu salad.

Your so lucky you can work from home. I wish I could.

Oh eggless salad......i still long for the eggless salad seasoning packet that was discontinued. Which is funny since back in my egg eating days i hated egg salad.
The chili on the boca patties is a great idea! Your fries look super professional in that shot.
I'm always relieved when you finish a fresh baked good quickly- they're just soooo much better fresh!
I vote you stay home with the fur babies tues, provided there is enough nearby deliciousness to fuel the day.

Is that a new sauce on your burgers? It seems... chunkier.

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, I totally had to stay home with the Fuzzies today. It was dark and cold this morning and their warm furry bodies insisted I stay near them. Methinks it will happen again tomorrow.

FF, while the Fries were made by me, there is no explaining why they turned out so well. Eggless Egg Salad I cannot make at all. Always turns out gross. Hopeless.

Sarah, it took me a while to remember your aversion to Peppers. See what happens when you stop blogging? We need an update.

VGG, glad to see you commenting. You haven't updated your blog for four days, in case you weren't aware.

Unknown, I remember those eggless egg salad packets. My Fries did come out exceptionally well for some reason. And, also in agreement with you that I need to buy/bake my desserts in smaller quantities. Totally stayed home with my warm fur babies today. Lots of snuggling was enjoyed.

Hannah, yes, it is a new sauce. It's called 'Canned Vegetarian Chili'.
