Banana and Nuttzo for breakfast...
Lunch was at Seasons 52, where they maintain that all of their dishes are below 475 calories. I had the 'Autumn Vegetarian Tasting' $14.95. Butternut Squash with Dried Cranberries, a Portobello, Broccolini, Quinoa-Citrus Salad, Soft Taco (no cheese specified) Cedar-Roasted Tofu with Mango Chutney and Brussel Sprouts...

Mom & I split a 'Fuji Apple Slaw' $2.75. Fuji Apple, Savoy Cabbage, Fresh Mint, Cider Vinaigrette, Dried Cranberries...
After such a light healthy lunch, I found I had the new found energy to make myself a big heavy dinner: Beyond Meat Chicken Cacciatore. Loosely based on: this recipe...
and also made myself a Moscow Mule...
An Alternative Baking Company Phenomenal Pumpkin Spice Cookie for dessert. At first, I was thinking, "this cookie is not phenomenal." But after a few more bites, I realized, "it really is phenomenal." That's how I ended up eating the whole thing.
I was surprised this afternoon to see my Saffron came up...
Supposedly some place new for breakfast tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Can you pick that saffron?? You can sell the farm and move to NY on that $$.
Which was yr favorite of the tasting meals?
Those cookies are very delicious and therefore very dangerous.

Quite the healthy looking lunch. All very pretty & colorful, too.

I love the saffron. So, so cool looking!

Lunch looks really pretty! I totally love plates like that where its small bites of so many different items- the slaw sound really good too. That ragu is impressive- and yes to the moscow mule and cookie. I met friends for a drink earlier and had some overly sweet blood orange thing- wish i had stuck to the mules! Haven't seen that cookie flavor but now it's on my radar......

That lunch looks delicious. So many little items but they all look so fall inspired!

I had that cookie a few weeks ago and I know what you mean! I am trying to cut back so I haven't bought it since but I might buy it next time seeing as i love pumpkin flavored anything!

The ABC pumpkin spice is tied for first place along with the peanut butter flavor. I usually gorge on the entire thing. ;)

Everything looks so fresh and delicate at Seasons 52.

I've noticed that they are selling different flavors of Beyond Meat at WF, but haven't picked up a package yet. No more headaches from the stuff?

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, Aluminium? Not Alumininum?

FF, I could pick the Saffron, but it would total two whole strands. Not really worth it. It's not my lot in life to be in NYC. That train has sailed. My favorite part of the Autumn Tasting Meal was the Black Bean Taco. Can't get that anytime of the year!

RVs, Seasons 52 is good with the presentation and decor and that sort of thing.

Unknown, a Blood Orange Thingy?! What was it?! I might need to drink it.

VGG, so everyone knew about the ABC Pumpkin Cookie except me? I'm feeling very left out.

Ingrid, I'll have to buy a ABC Peanut Butter Cookie to compare. I made sure to only use a small portion of the Beyond Meat in the Sauce. Fortunately, I could barely detect it. I still have more left that I need to use up somehow in small amounts.

Sarah, Seasons 52 is very popular here. I think you would enjoy the Apple Slaw, but you can probably make a steamed vegetable platter better yourself at home.

I've visited Seasons 52 a few times. Great ambiance but I found the tofu on the veg platter to be really bland every time I'd visited.

Also, Crabbie's(!!). Absolutely love the stuff.

I am *fingers crossed* planning to get down to Leesburg on Wednesday afternoon for Randy Radish!

Jared,

Agreed, Seasons 52 grub is rather bland. Their Salads seem to be the best bet there.

I hope you'll blog on your Randy Radish experience!
