Deliciousness In Several Different Forms

Lunch was a huge glass of homemade Carrot Juice.
Dinner was more leftover T'giving Stuffing, TJ's Chickenless Chicken and Roads End Shitake Gravy.
I still have the baking bug, so today's creation was Apple Apricot Cake. Absolutely sensational (if I do say so myself) with a Cinnamon Glaze.

Is the cake recipe from a cookbook or a blog?

I'm with Amy...any chance of a recipe for the cake. It sounds great, and looks scrummy.
