Six More Shopping Days Till Christmas

Lunch was Morningstar Vegan Grillers and Tater Tots.
Dinner was Saag Tofu. The recipe was just so-so, I wouldn't bother to make it again.
Black Swan Shiraz.

what did you use for the yogurt(sp?) without that and the cheese it would seem fairly bland. do they sell/make plain vegan yogurt?

Shopping? Oh am I supposed to be shopping about now? I forgot.

Yum. Your burgers always make me want one. And your saag dish looks better than the one in the recipe! Too bad is was just OK.

Yeah, hm, even the original saag looks a little weird. I was going to ask about the yogurt too: I've seen (and love!) plain vegan yogurt but did you use any or did you just leave it out? From what I remember of non-vegan saag, it doesn't seem like their recipe would taste too similar.

Oh, I think a simple burger sounds really great right now. It's raining, we're just home from church, and we're hungry. But not a burger in sight! I'm always amazed how long you make a cake last!
