Lunch was the Tempeh Burger with a side of Tamari Dressing at Sammy T's. A great meal at a great restaurant to top off the three day weekend.
Because lunch was so filling, dinner was just some very simplified Tostadas (no cheese/olives/avocado). No room for dessert.
Lots of Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon....

that burger patty thing looks really good. glad you had a nice mini vacay.:) it gets so crazy here with all the tourists, we dont eat out on holidays, its practically impossible. have a good four day week!

That burger looks good - topped with mushrooms and onions! And do I see sweet potato fries behind it? Those are my favorite, can't believe I had never had them until a few years ago.
That tempah burger looks great. And of course tostadas are great anyway they are fixed!! You can just never go wrong with them. :o)

very funny, LH is a resort town, like palm springs.a movie just got filmed here and stars come here. i dont like to name drop but....lol
Just to let you know, my 5 year old just walked by and gasped, "Mmm, that looks yummy!" when looking at your blog. You didn't know you also appealed to the 5 and under crowd.
