The First Third Of The Holiday Weekend Was Great

Lunch was at Sunflower. Mr SV & I both enjoyed a refreshing glass of Fresh Squeezed Carrot Juice.
Below is an appetizer of Spinach Wontons in Spicy Red Sauce...There are six dumplings nestled together there, absolutely divine.
We also shared an appetizer of 'Fried Chicken' (better than the real stuff)...
...and then I had a side order of the Organic Baked Macrobiotic Tempeh...
Dinner was Asmar's Veggie Tuna Salad on an Ezekiel English Muffin with Route 11 BBQ Chips on the side.
Dessert was TJ's Vanilla Soy Creamy with an Uncle Eddie's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie...
Lots of Lost Vineyards Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon...

Ooh that place looks lovely! So many "chicken" wings for an appetizer; they and the dumplings look awesome.
