Lunch was a Seitan Sandwich on Rye (with lots of Grainy Mustard) and a cup of Adobo Black Bean Chili...
Dinner was Okara Burgers and Tater Tots...
Dessert was something that until yesterday, I didn't even like -- Cornbread. This is non-Ozark Cornbread, i.e., it has sugar in it.
Lots of Charles Shaw Shiraz...

I see the fry sauce is still making it on to the tater tots, but I'm confused as to why the cornbread dessert doesn't have some sort of syrup topping, even if it does have sugar in it.
I love to put butter and cinnamon on my cornbread. it so good...
lol non ozark:) i went and looked at her recipe.last night i made the chocolate pie you posted. but i made a traditional pie crust instead of graham, and i didnt sweeten ANY of it enough. its good but not decadent. ill try and post pics. tysoon Shen
You're such a spoiled little girl with all that continuous good food. I'm glad you did clarify about the cornbread, though. My Arkansas husband would call that corn cake. I want a bite of that sandwich.
I noticed that fry sauce on the tots also. I am so making some of that sauce the next time we have fries! It sounds awesome....
That sandwich looks great...I was just reading about the difference btw southern style corn bread (no sugar) and other stuff...funny coincidence. I've always made it with sugar too...not a lot, but a little to add sweetness.
Jessica & Michelle2, I'm really loving the Fry Sauce. I may soon be bathing in it.
Morgan, butter & cinnamon soon to be on Cornbread, thanks for the advice.
Michelle1, why no sweetener in the pie??? You love all that Stevia stuff.
Blessed Mama, I think it's your family that eats all the good stuff! I am trying to behave over here!
Rose, Cornbread preferences are apparently quite personal. Who knew?
